About the movie " A walk to remember "

 Love is the wind, you can't see it but you can feel it.

       As Jamie told Landon, I was impressed with this line. It's not sentimental but not frivolous, Jamie in the movie has an illness that she can't live much longer. Landon and she spent the last months of their lives with joy, true joy.

       That's the difference between A Walk To Remember and other movies, sad? I'm sure there's sadness, but A Walk To Remember's sadness is full of hope. But also despair, but above all joy. Jamie seems to have lived a wonderful life at his age. 

       The film opens with the image of a senior student, Landon, and his friends drinking beer and causing havoc, until the police surrounded him, he and his friends were injured and had to be hospitalized. A few days later, Landon was ordered by the principal to clean up, tutor the juniors, and according to Landon most annoyed, joined the drama club. At the tutoring place he and Jamie met, they were old friends, but growing up he didn't want to be near her. Because she was so different, a girl dressed in the countryside with a sweater that never changed. Always carry a book with you. Spending the day taking care of the kids, going to raise money to help someone in need with a computer. 

         With his youthful and dynamic nature, Landon could not sit still to memorize the script for the play, he was forced to find Jamie, in order to let her help him learn the script. Jamie agreed on the condition that "you must promise not to love me." Landon only laughed because he thought Jamie was joking. But that's not the case...

         Landon had had moments of boredom with Jamie, of her country side. He felt embarrassed when someone called the two of them friends. She in his eyes is a crazy schoolgirl, because her father is a pastor, making her classmates like to tease her even more. Landon also has a father, the two often do not see each other, this movie is different from the book. In the book Landon and his father, although rarely met, did not have a disagreement. In the movie Landon disagrees with his father, but gradually they become compatible. When he realizes he is losing something too big, he will appreciate what he has. 

          Then above all, when Landon would look, he saw how beautiful Jamie was, When he listened, he suddenly understood how good Jamie sang. Before, when he heard her sing in church, he was just depressed. But when we accept someone, we see them as different, and Landon saw that in Jamie. He gradually realized that he was very childish, while she spent her days off helping others, he and his friends gathered to have fun. Until one day he wanted to change, he wanted the better, being around Jamie made him feel so low. For the first time in his life he wanted to change.

          At the end of the film as expected, Jamie died. But her death casts a light on Landon's future convictions.

          An ending could not be more wonderful, leaving the sad days behind. Landon has oriented his future, Jamie is dead but still alive, living in Landon's memories. Live forever in the breeze of their love. I love the part where Landon spends his day fulfilling Jamie's wish to see a constellation through a telescope. Near the end, Landon decided to have a wedding with Jamie.

          Some time after Jamie died, he became more mature. Jamie was the wind that came to his life, to hit a turning point, to change him. 

          In the final seconds of the film, Landon enters medical school. He went to visit Jamie's father, then walked alone to watch the sun go down. The ending of the film is sad, the image of Landon alone with the sunset. How beautiful it would be to have Jamie by her side.

          But this is the message of Nicholas Spark that wants to remind, cherish everyone around you. Landon and Jamie were classmates when they were very young, yet he didn't talk to her until the end of high school.
